Day 10

I have been sooo hungry!  I realised that every morning the amounts look big but as evening approaches I become more and more hungry... The small amounts of fruit are the toughest bit. My legs feel soar, I guess from the skipping.  My weight is going down, roughly 400 grs a day.  I am surprised since the quantities (mainly of veg!) are substantial and i am eating late which I thought was not good to loose weight.
